Salient Technologies, Inc. designed the electronics enclosure for CatWorks, a GPS tracking and information management system for ski resort grooming operations. Salient worked with Flat Earth and an electronics company to integrate circuit boards (PCBs), a visual user interface, and tactile buttons into a plastic injection molded housing that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The Electronic Locking System (ELS) gun rack of Big Sky Racks was developed for law enforcement safety, durability, and firearm accessibility. Salient Technologies Inc. aided in the development of this product increasing durability, range of adjustability, and reduced part manufacturing costs by 70%. The assembly includes injection molded rubber, cast parts, and other steel fabrication.
